GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Conditions
The “Vendor” refers to EASI ME GENERAL TRADING L.L.C (also known as EASI LED LIGHTING), a company resides in Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ‘Purchaser’ refers to the person or Firm of company who buys and avail the services provided by the Vendor. All quotations are given and all orders are accepted only if both party are agreed with the terms and are not replacing and superseding, overriding or excluding any term stipulated or incorporated or referred to by the Vendor, whether in the order or in any negotiations or in any course of dealing established between the Vendor and the Purchaser should be done only with the mutual agreement of both the parties. All orders thereafter made by the Vendor shall be deemed to be made subject to these terms.
Product and Services
All LED Light products, including customized products, contained in our website, submittals, advertisement are manufactured and owned by ‘EASI LED LIGHTING’.
All services such as electrical installation, lighting and lighting control installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance should be carried out by our professional technicians and engineers employed by our company. Cost of these services will be given upon request of the Purchaser and depends on the services required.
Specifications and Details
All details and illustrations contained in our catalogue, submittals, price lists, advertisement or otherwise communicated to the Purchaser are intended to merely present a general idea of the goods and services described therein and nothing contained in any of them shall form part of the contract.
Product Improvement and Customization
The Vendor has the right to improve and customize the design at any time without notice is reserved. The Purchaser has also the right to request for product customization and provide minimum 1 week notice before the production begin. Within the notice given, all the details and illustrations should be provided by the Purchaser and it is agreeable by the Vendor.
Order Acceptance
No contract for the sale of goods shall be concluded until either the vendor sends or otherwise communicates to the Purchaser with regard its acceptance of the Purchase Order. No modification of these items shall be effective unless made by an express written agreement between the parties.
Payments and Terms
The form of payment can be a cash, cheque, and online (telegraphic bank transfer, Paypal, (other payment methods to be confirmed) and shall be made in UAE Dirhams as per the terms and conditions set out in the Vendor’s quotation.
Misclaims
Any discrepancy in the document should be communicated in writing within 3 days of document date. By signing this document, the purchaser accepts EASI ME GENERAL TRADING LLC term and condition of sale and confirms receipt of all materials mentioned above in good condition and complete quantity and has no further claims whatsoever.
Installation, Delivery, Return, Cancellation and Refund
We, EASI LED LIGHTING, ‘the Vendor’, is always making an effort to provide the goods and services as quickly as possible. We ensure to take extra special care in the packaging of our products due to the fragility of some of our products and ensure it will arrive on time and in great condition.
In case the given address is not available and contact details cannot be reached, the vendor will immediately notify the purchaser through email registered and advise for the new and correct location and contact details. If the order needs to be re-directed to another address and the Purchaser did not inform the Vendor within 7 (seven) days from the date of place of the order, charges will apply.
Normally, the goods will be delivered maximum 3 days from the date of place the order considering all the items are in stock. For the items which are not available and not in stock would take 4-8 (Four to Eight) weeks from the date of place the order or depends on the agreement payment term and delivery.
As a standard cost of delivery, there will be a cost of AED 50.00 depends on the item ordered, quantity, and volume for net order below AED 1,000.00 and free of delivery and installation charge for the net order above AED 1,000.00 within UAE.
For international shipment, Purchaser may contact directly to our Customer Service Team and a separate quotation for the freight charge will be provided or the Purchaser may suggest a courier company.
The purchaser has the right to cancel the order within 3 (Three) days from the date of place the order. If the order is cancelled more than 3 (Three) days or if the order is requested to cancel during the delivery period, there will be a 20% restocking charge.
The purchaser has also the right to return the products (Except product in promotion) 3 (Three) days from the date of consignment received and inform the vendor immediately. However, it will take another minimum 3 (Three) days to inspect the return product and Purchaser must expect no refund claim but in exchange of other product is possible.
When returning the product, the purchaser must ensure that the product is in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition you received it. The purchaser must also provide the original Invoice and Delivery Note. Please contact our customer services team at +971 4 551 6018 or email info@easi-me.com to organize the return.
If the product received is damaged, defective or different from the ordered, the Purchaser needs to notify the vendor within 3 (Three days) from the date receive of the consignment. If the purchaser did not notify the vendor, hence the consignment is acknowledged and accepted.
Refund is not allowed within UAE but exchange of product is possible. For the international order, Refund is allowed for net order above AED 1,000.00 only and it will be return within 7-15 days from the date of request and can be returned back via bank transfer.
Warranty
Warranty, as a standard, covers 1-year warranty for all the product with the net order under AED 100,000.00, 3-year warranty for net order between AED 100,001 and AED 500,000.00, and 5-year warranty for net order above AED 500,000.00.
The warranty doesn’t apply to all type of services.

We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles.
